Data and account requests
Workspace owners can request an export, workspace closure, or account deletion by email. We verify ownership before acting and explain any financial or audit records that must be retained.
Security reports
For suspected unauthorized access, revoke active staff links, reset the affected password, and mark the subject “Security” so it can be prioritized.
